Our "Rennie Lake Retreat" project in Traverse City, Michigan is now under construction. The home is a Projected LEED for Homes "Platinum" project. The homes foundation is a Superior Wall Xi precast concrete wall, the main floor wall are Insulspan Structural Insulated Panels (SIP) and the homes windows are Energy Star Andersen 100 Series.
