The home is being built by Joel Harner of Let Us, Inc and the ICF foundation is being constructed by Adam Eerdmans of Turtle Wall (Good company name for our project). This home will be a Passive Solar home with Photovoltaic and Geo-Thermal heating and cooling. The home will be constructed with a ICF Foundation and Advance Framing with 1" of Dow Foam for the main floor. The exterior will be Fiber Cement Siding with a Metal Roof and Andersen Windows.
