Kingsley project receives LEED for Homes "Gold" Certification

It's official we just received LEED for Homes "Gold" Certification for the "Granite Hill" project in Kingsley, Michigan. This is the second highest honor you can receive from the USGBC. To our knowledge this is the first LEED certified home in Grand Traverse county.
