River's Edge Project Update

Perma Log Siding being installed

The projected LEED for Homes "Gold" "River's Edge Project"  in Mio , Michigan is ready for the pre-drywall inspection and is almost done being sided with the Perma Log siding. What is Perma Log? Its a 70 year old company based in Mio that produces cement stucco log siding that will last a lifetime. The metal roof is nearing completion too. Soon all the effort will be moving to the interior of the home. The builder Joel Harner of Let Us, Inc. has a custom cabinet shop that is currently working on custom cabinetry for the home.
